His Legacy… Ronald John Fesl, age 75, passed away May 4, 2023. He was born on July 1, 1947, in Chicago, Illinois to Aloysius and Helen (Baar) Fesl. Ron married his loving wife, Dorothy Smith, on October 30, 1988, in Pinckney, Michigan. Ron will be remembered as a quiet man who loved cruising on his pontoon boat, watching hummingbirds, and feeding his big, fat squirrel. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed.
His Family… Ron will be missed by his wife Dorothy; his children, Michael Fesl, Adam (Elizabeth) Fesl, Nancy (Jeff) Johnson, and Virginia (Shawn) Schlaff; sister, Jan Seltser; 10 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Aloysius and Helen Fesl.
His Farewell… Ron’s family and friends will gather on Monday, May 8, 2023, from 1:00pm – 3:00pm at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Shelters Chapel, in Pinckney, Michigan. He will be entombed at Washtenong Memorial Park. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Red Cross of Livingston County.
