Her Legacy… Rosemarie Therese Kleiner, 89, passed away August 16, 2025. She was born on March 25, 1936, in Flint, Michigan to Anton Bierl and Gertrude (Siedentopf) Bierl. Rosemarie married the love of her life, Joseph Kleiner, on October 24, 1964, spending almost 60 years with him until his passing in 2024. She will be remembered as being strong in her faith and having joy in her role as mother and grandmother. She demonstrated her faith by singing in the church choir since she was 16 years old and was a member of St. John the Baptist Church for 29 years. Rosemarie was an avid reader, gardener and bird watcher. She loved to do road trips and senior trips with her husband Joe. Rosemarie was very interested in her grandchildren’s lives and loved to hear all their latest news. She will hold a special place in the hearts of all who knew her.
Her Family… Rosemarie will be missed by her children, Michael (Jane) Kleiner, Matthew (Sally) Kleiner, Suzanne (Jeff) Turczyn, Catherine (Gerald Begay) Kleiner; brother, Clemens Bierl; grandchildren, Brian, Megan, Nick, Dan, Ben, Andy, Jacob, Shannon; great grandchild, Rasia. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Kleiner and her parents.
Her Farewell… Rosemarie’s Gathering will be 10:00-11:30 AM (11:30 AM Service) on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Borek Jennings Funeral Homes, Howell, Michigan. DJ Reed will serve as celebrant.
