His Legacy… Sergay Anthony Poborka, passed away January 21, 2021.  He was born on June 10, 1940, in Chicago, Illinois to Anthony Joseph Poborka and Tania (Babeno) Poborka. Sergay married Sharon (Reifschneider) Poborka on August 12, 1961.  (Divorced 1984)   He then married Margot (Smith) Poborka, on January 20, 1986, at their lake house on Independence Lake in Whitmore Lake, Michigan. He was a loving husband, father, son and friend.  Sergay was also a Master Mason and Shriner, and spent many years as a scoutmaster to 2 Boy Scout Troops.  He also enjoyed flying remote control airplanes and spending time on his lake. He truly enjoyed life.  Sergay will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  

His Family… Sergay will be missed by his companion; Sandy Crichton; his children, Serge (Michelle) Poborka, Kim (Ed) Watson, Steve (Kerrie Forrester) Poborka; grandchildren, Nick (Tiffany) Poborka, Melissa Watson, Alex Poborka, Emma Poborka; niece, Vicki (Tom) Mayrand. He is preceded in death by his wife; Margot Poborka; parents, Anthony and Tania Poborka; and sister, Shirley Dibbley.
