Cutler, Sharon
Pinckney, MI
Her Legacy… Sharon Lee Cutler, 83, passed away March 30, 2025. She was born on November 2, 1941, in St. John’s Michigan to Gerald Bunge and Mildred (Rollison) Bunge. Sharon was a Health and Safety Director at W.J. Maxey Boy’s Training School in Whitmore Lake, where she earned employee of the year for the state of Michigan. She had a great passion for flower gardening and was a master gardener. Sharon lived on a canal and many times she would have boaters or people walking in the neighborhood stop and compliment her beautiful flower gardens. Her yard was nominated for the 2013 LaCasa Livingston County Garden Tour. Sharon loved to go to the beach in Charlevoix and hunt for pudding stones, petoskey stones, and sea glass. She also enjoyed kayaking on the Au Sable River, with her son, the same river where she would play with her younger brothers while staying in the family log cabin her father had built when she was 7 years old. That cabin continued to be a tremendous source of peace, solace and enjoyment all these years later. Sharon was incredibly selfless, exceedingly generous and loyal, almost to a fault. She poured so much love into her family and was pivotal in helping raise her 3 grandchildren. Sharon was adored by her family, friends and neighbors, whom she touched deeply with her love and whom will continue to remember her with great fondness, affection and tenderness.
Her Family… Sharon will be desperately missed by her children, Bryant Cutler, Kimberlee (Jack Russell) Cutler; siblings, Jerry Bunge, Sue Isaac; grandchildren, Daniel Cutler, Calie Cutler; great grandchildren, Allison Cutler, Miles Cutler; nieces, AnnMarie Czachowrski and Kendra (Jeff) Newton. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gerald and Mildred Bunge; sister, JoAnn Czachowrski; brother, Will Bunge; grandson, Mason Cutler; and nephew, Steve Czachowrski.
