His Legacy… Ted Kulczyk, age 90, passed away March 13, 2021. He was born on October 26, 1930, in Detroit, MI to Felix and Bernice (Imbier) Kulczyk. Ted married the love of his life, Imogene Tyler, on February 11, 1956 in Detroit. He proudly served his country in the Army. Ted had a love/hate relationship for the Detroit Tigers and the Detroit Red Wings. In his spare time, Ted enjoyed gardening. He was devoted to the Catholic Church and his faith. Most of all, Ted loved spending time with his family. He will be remembered as a wonderful father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Ted will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
His Family… Ted leaves behind his children, Pamela (Jeff) Scott, Mark Kulczyk; grandchildren, Sean (Amber) Keys, Danielle (Jeremy) Archer, Meghan (Sean) Buda, Shelby Sepanak; and seven great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Mack, Josephine, Nellie, Genevieve; and wife, Imogene.
His Farewell… Ted’s Community Farewell will take place on Saturday, March 27, 2021 with a gathering at 10AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2099 N. Hacker Road, Howell, MI 48843. Father Francis George will serve as celebrant.
