Her Legacy… Terry Elaine Mozurkewich, 75, passed away November 18, 2022.  She was born on June 6, 1947, in Detroit, Michigan to Leslie Cobb and Helen (Clark) Cobb. Terry married the love of her life, William Mozurkewich, on September 9, 1967, at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church in Detroit, Michigan, and proceeded to share 55 wonderful years together. From the beginning of their journey in Detroit, Bill and Terry moved to Livonia, where they resided for a number of years before settling in Hamburg, Michigan. Terry was a proud Cody graduate. She will be remembered as an incredibly loving and compassionate person. Her many interests included animals, car shows, antiques (especially antique toys), gardening, music, and reading books. She and Bill were long-time parishioners of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, and also volunteered at the Livingston County Wildlife and Conservation Club and the American Legion Post 419, where they volunteered many hours. Most of all, Terry loved her family. She and Bill did everything together. She will be deeply missed.

Her Family… Terry will be missed by her husband Bill; her children, Mary Ann (Frank) Ray and Lori (William) Saunders; brother, Wayne Cobb; grandchildren, Alexandra Klaver, and Aiden, Kiera, Carli, and Sarah Saunders; many extended family, friends, and loved ones.. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Helen Cobb, and her brother, Robert Cobb.

Her Farewell… Terry’s family and friends will gather Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from 3:00pm – 8:00pm at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel in Hamburg, Michigan. There will be a Rosary at 7pm, preceded by a presentation given by the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 11:00am (9:30 gathering) at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Pinckney, Michigan. Father Dan Kogut will serve as celebrant. She will be buried at St. Hedwig Catholic Cemetery in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.
