Tommy was raised in Southeast Michigan and graduated from Howell High School in 1984. He went on to make the Ann Arbor area his home for almost 40 years. After going through his own recovery, he became passionate about helping others who were seeking recovery and rehabilitation. He devoted much of his time to encouraging, supporting, and guiding people through difficult times. His kindness and willingness to give back left a lasting impact on many lives throughout the Ann Arbor community. Tommy will be remembered for his generous heart, his resilience, his sense of humor, and his genuine care for people. He believed in second chances, in community, and in lifting others up whenever he could. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by his compassion and friendship.

His Family… Tommy will be missed by his brothers; Rick (Janet) Simpson and Steve (Heather) Simpson, his niece and nephew Stephanie and Ricky. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Elaine Simpson, his twin brother Victor Simpson, and his sister Denise Simpson.
