His Legacy… William (Bill) Joseph Polley, 82, passed away October 14, 2023.  He was born on April 5, 1941, in Detroit, Michigan to William John Polley and Anne Zukowski. Bill married the love of his life, Joyce Brennan, on May 5, 1962, in Dearborn, Michigan.   He will be remembered as a loving, jokester that loved making people laugh. If you needed a smile, Bill would gladly give you his. Bill had a giving spirit and loved to teach and help others whenever they needed his expertise.  Bill was a proud commercial carpenter (steeplejack) who loved all the jobs way up high. He loved to go camping, hunting and fishing with his family. Bill was a devoted charter member of K of C #2569 for over 20 years and member of St. Agnes church in Fowlerville.  Bill loved cooking turkey with stuffing dinners for his family that could never be outdone by others.

His Family… Bill will be greatly missed by his wife, Joyce Polley; his children, Bill (Michaela) Polley, Roxanne Oscar; siblings, Robert (Karen) Polley, Kathleen (Robert) Green, Carole (Joseph) Santelio, Betty (Jim) Glover, John (Connie) Polley, Anne (Robert) Wojeck, Margaret Chilton, Tomas (Kim) Polley; Grandchildren, Amber, Anna, Meaghan, Ashlee, Kaitlin, Sarah; 15 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents William John (Anne) Polley, Brother Michael Polley, Brother in law Robert Chilton, and son-in-law Kenneth Oscar.

His Farewell… Bill’s family and friends will gather for visitation on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 10:00AM, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Fowlerville with a Mass of Christian burial service to follow at 11:00AM. Father Nathaniel Sokol will serve as Celebrant.
